Over the next few days I’m going to be presenting you with links to some interesting content and stories from the folks over at Poynter, part of the reason is that I can write these series ahead of time and get some ‘real world’ work done 
Another reason is to highlight what some of the journalism junkies and pundits are saying about the state of the industry right now.
We’re in a time when newspapers are sweating their next moves and television is way too confident about their own purpose. These things are all changing very fast and Poynter tries to stay on top of the latest news and trends.
Some of my posts in this series will be aged articles and resources, but I chose them because I feel like they present views and information that is important in the everyday life of journalists news organizations.
