SKY-click Call centre & Callback solutionNow THIS site is one of the businesses to keep an eye on, they provide an operator to answer your web and sales requests for only $10 per month. I haven’t had the chance to test them out since I’m taking a break from my online -order site but if I were in online I think this would be something I would seriously consider trying.The site provides the infrastructure for your customers (and potential customers) to talk in real-time via the web with a trained operator who has access to your store and your internal documentations to answer the questions.At such a low price, the ROI would just about have to be worthwhile. In the if I try these people out, I’ll write up a longer of them but initially it seems like a very good deal.
