I admit it, I’m an Instant Messaging Addict, in fact if you want to get a hold of me, it’s usually the efficient way to get a real answer. I’m not so good with the phone, I just really don’t like using it unless you’re someone I REALLY enjoy or don’t mind talking to.

If there was a startup that I was excited about, this is the one. Darrell and company at UserTesting.com have this amazing site and technology that makes usability testing easy. It used to be that if you wanted usability testing you’d have to hire a firm and it often cost $250 or more per person.
